For decades there has been a simple device that, according to scientists and engineers who have tested it, saves fuel and cuts pollution.
But when people use the device both oil and motor industry profits are cut.
And Fuelspiracy! is a special report that shows, with hard documented evidence, how knowledge and use of the device has been suppressed by famous UK establishment organisations that have protected oil and motor profits regardless of cost to consumers and public health.
These UK establishment organisations include:
● The Automobile Association (AA)
● The Department for Transport (DfT)
● The Consumers Association (CA)
● The Advertising Standards Authority (ASA)
● The British Standards Institution (BSi)
● And many others that are normally held in high esteem.
“Having read this report I find myself shocked by how a potential chance of
reduced pollution would appear to have been deliberately stifled by UK
organisations that I had always believed would be supportive of beneficial
technology.”
— Roger Wolens, Founder, the Green Organisation

“Led by the AUTOMOBILE ASSOCIATION, in its supposed role as
champion of UK motorists’ interests, the UK establishment deliberately
deceived the UK public into rejecting a simple device that saves fuel and
cuts pollution, and it has covered-up ever since.”
Fuelspiracy! special report contents:
Part 1: How hard documented evidence accrued to prove the case.
Part 2: About the fuel-efficiency and pollution-cutting device that has
been suppressed:
- Device description and information
- A time when it was being used in as many as 200,000 UK vehicles and marine vessels including those belonging to police forces, ambulance services, local authority fleets, and innumerable others. And how the results, that were underscored by objective laboratory tests, were impressive enough that it seemed all 25,000,000 potential UK beneficiaries would also soon be using it.
Part 3: Threats to oil and motor industry profits:
- From less demand for engine components to less demand for fuel, both the oil and motor industries would have suffered colossal profit losses if the device actually had been used by everyone.
Part 4: Detailed examples of how the UK establishment suppressed
knowledge and use of the device.
The lies of the AUTOMOBILE ASSOCIATION linked to SHELL UK OIL
Ever since it was founded in 1905, the AA has enjoyed an impeccable reputation as leading custodian of motorists’ interests. But in this case it deliberately lied to motorists (including its own paying members) in order to suppress knowledge and use of the device. For example Fuelspiracy! shows that the AA produced an official document that led press and public to believe that the device did not work, but in actual fact the AA document was an elaborate lie based on faked and rigged tests. Fuelspiracy! also includes a documented link between the AA and Shell UK Oil that would have suffered colossal profit losses if the AA and others had not lied in order to suppress knowledge and use of the device.
The lies of WHICH? MAGAZINE, the official publication of the CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION
There is no more trusted UK consumer organisation than the Consumers Association that publishes Which? Magazine. Similar to the AA however, Which? published an article that convinced many people that the device did not work, but Fuelspiracy! shows that the Which? article was another deception involving faked and rigged tests.

The lies of PRACTICAL CLASSICS MAGAZINE
Fuelspiracy! also shows how Practical Classics was integral to the AA’s deception. In addition Fuelspiracy! shows that, both with and without the involvement of the AA, Practical Classics encouraged its readers on misleading and false grounds to reject the device, and instead spend their money on less beneficial yet more expensive alternative products. Furthermore, Fuelspiracy! shows that Practical Classics had been ‘sponsored’ (and presumably paid) by a manufacturer of one such inferior alternative product.
The lies of WHAT CAR? MAGAZINE
What Car? magazine is another highly respected publication that helped suppress knowledge and use of the device. For example it is explained in Fuelspiracy! that What Car? allowed a test of the device that it had been conducting to be deliberately sabotaged by a company that was making and selling a less beneficial yet far more expensive alternative product, and that What Car? then allowed the AA to use its sabotaged test as false evidence against the device.
The deceit of the ADVERTISING STANDARDS AUTHORITY (ASA)
The supposed purpose of the ASA is to protect consumers by ensuring that advertising is legal, decent and honest. However it is shown in Fuelspiracy! that in this case the ASA engaged in truth censorship under a false guise of consumer protection. The ASA did this by means of restrictive trade practices that effectively prevented the device from being advertised, and this is another reason why most people have never heard of it despite copious evidence of benefits both to consumers and public health.
Multi-agency deception assisted by the DEPARTMENT FOR TRANSPORT (DfT)
Fuelspiracy! also explains how the DfT assisted the UK establishment disinformation against the device, and that it did so jointly with the AA and other UK establishment organisations as well as with oil and motor industry lobby groups.
Joining the dots, the BRITISH STANDARDS INSTITUTION (BSi)
Fuelspiracy! also shows that the BSi refused to specify relevant official test standards that could (and massive evidence indicates would) have led to official approval of the device, which in turn would have removed all barriers to its use by all fuel consumers. In addition Fuelspiracy! shows how the relevant BSi committee that refused to specify test standards included UK oil and motor industry lobby groups together with the AA and the Consumers Association and the Department for Transport and others involved in the case.
This is a case that demonstrates, with comprehensive hard evidence, the absolute corruption of the system that is supposed to protect people from the excesses of greed-driven corporations.
Also involving the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT), the United Kingdom Petroleum Industry Association (UKPIA), Trading Standards and others.

Part 5: The device that the UK establishment suppressed is now in use in millions of cases overseas including United States armed forces:
- Fuelspiracy! first of all shows, with detailed evidence, that at one time the device appeared destined for use by all UK fuel consumers, but it was then crushed by the UK establishment by means of deliberate disinformation.
- In turn, the deliberate UK establishment disinformation became ‘settled science’ not only in the UK but also far beyond, so that adoption of the device globally has been only a very small fraction of what it could/would otherwise have been.
- Even so, the device is nowadays in use in an estimated several million cases around the world ranging from shipping in the Pacific, to trains in India, to snowmobiles in Canada, to US armed forces, and this is to name but a few.
- In addition there have been controlled objective tests by highly qualified scientists and engineers who, as a result, have declared that (opposite to what the UK establishment told people) the device is of genuine and significant value to consumers and public health.
Part 6: Estimated value to ‘big oil and motor’ of the AA-led UK establishment suppression of knowledge and use of the device:
- Fuelspiracy! also lists specific factual reasons why the benefits of the device to consumers and public health translate into massively reduced profits for both oil and motor companies. Examples include reduced demand for fuel, almost no demand for fuel additives, less demand for engine components, and less demand for exhaust system components.
- In addition Fuelspiracy! gives a reasoned calculation of financial losses avoided by ‘big oil and motor’ as a result of the AA-led establishment deception during the over 30 years that this case has been running. The calculation is $6,989,550,000,000 which even the AA itself would struggle to dispute, if ever it was to be seriously questioned on the topic.
Part 7: The UK establishment organisations involved in the case have shown themselves wholly unable to dispute the facts as presented:
- Fuelspiracy! shows that there has been detailed correspondence with the AA, DfT, Consumers Association and other establishment organisations in the case.
- Fuelspiracy! also shows that none of them have been able to plausibly dispute the case facts, but have relied upon their mighty reputations (and in the AA’s case threats of legal action) in order to avoid being held to account for their lies and deceit and dishonesty in general.
NOTHING IN FUELSPIRACY! IS THEORY!
The entire story is factual and is
